Is each mascot really sold only once?
Yours alone. Wisp! is sold to one buyer, then retired. You get exclusive commercial rights to use it across your whole business: your product, website, marketing, packaging, and merchandise. Modify it, extend it, or hire anyone to work on it.
A few ground rules: The character can’t be resold or licensed as a standalone asset (stock, asset packs, templates). If you sell your company, Wisp! can go with it, with the same terms. Orenji Studio keeps the right to show Wisp! in its portfolio.
How does payment work?
Send an inquiry from this page. We'll reply by email with a secure payment link, and send the files once payment is confirmed.
Can I get a refund?
No. All sales are final, and refunds aren't possible once payment is made.
Here's why: Each mascot is one of a kind. The moment it's sold, it's retired and taken off sale for everyone else, so it can never be offered again. And the files are digital — once they're delivered, they can't be returned.
That's why everything is shown upfront: the full showcase, the formats, and the exact rights you get. If anything is unclear, ask in your inquiry before you pay. We're happy to answer.
